I feel like a real wimp, not getting out and taking more photos, this week. It's still -5 and neither my fingers nor my cameras work very well, at that temperature. Just a couple more days of this cold, though...it will be a balmy 35 by Saturday!

I just wanted to say "thank you" to who ever was kind enough to give me a Premium Membership! I should be getting out a little more, now. I think I'm finally at the end of my illness, though I still have days that I feel like crap.
Just take things one day at a time, right? Right. That's what I plan to do.

Missing Spring :(
I've had bronchitis for what seems like forever...and am missing the return of the Spring birds. It's getting frustrating, to say the least. Every time I think I feel a little better and can get out, it doesn't last long. Now, it's cold and rainy, so it's definitely not going to be today.
Anyway, I haven't been ignoring anyone and I certainly haven't stopped loving dA. It's just taking longer than I hoped, to get back to being myself, again.

Finally!
It seems like I haven't been here, for such a long time! Actually, I have, but for some unknown reason, I was unable to see my messages and even when I tried to write a journal entry, letting people know I wasn't ignoring them, I couldn't do that, either! :frustrated: I wrote to dA about it, but heard nothing back. Finally, now everything seems to be working again and I can get caught up. Just in time, too...as the monster blizzard will be here, in about 6 hours and I plan to spend at least some time out in it, taking photos :)

I'm looking at everyone's gorgeous, amazing, fantastic winter shots and I just have to get out there and get some of my own. I've had no time, the last couple of weeks. But, now that the holidays are over, I'm running out of excuses. Of course, the rain that washed all the pretty snow away and left mud everywhere did stop me for a few days....
Anyway, an elderly gentleman who lives up the road told me there were wild turkeys about half a mile from home...so, tomorrow, I'm going out to try and find them.
