I just read this today. That is very sad. Casey was one of my first watchers. She'll be missed for sure.

Happy Birthday!!

Goodbye Kasey, shall your light shine forever! Thank you for being one of my first and longest DA-friends.

I only knew Kasey from dA, but I knew her as a genuinely kind person with a deep love of nature and beauty. I will sincerely miss her, this world will miss her.

It's with a very heavy heart that I'm passing on the sad news that Kasey died on August 10th, 2011, after a long illness. For a while she was my partner, and I was privileged to watch her developing her talents as an artist and photographer. Most of what I could say would be chaff...the bottom line is that she had a beautiful spirit and an amazing bond with nature.

Rest easy, angel. The world's darker without you in it.

Kasey, haven't seen you around for awhile. Are you still on?
